Accounting & QuickBooks Workshops
Event Summary
The Hispanic-American Institute launched an initiative to empower Latino business owners with essential accounting and finance skills, featuring QuickBooks software as a tool for effective business management. This initiative aims to improve participants' financial literacy, enabling them to control expenses, prepare budgets, and optimize profitability, all of which contribute to stronger financial health for their businesses.
Target Audience
This program targeted Latino business owners in Metro Boston and the North Shore, including communities such as Lynn, Revere, Everett, and Chelsea. Each workshop session hosted 20 to 30 participants, primarily small business owners from sectors like restaurants, bodegas, beauty salons, and multi service offices.
The workshops were held:
